Service contract members benefit from backup monitoring and proactive fault resolution with no minimum call out time for remote support.
Small value parts can be supplied at 10% over cost. Elbourn Computer Services will normally advise any parts needed to enable you to order direct to save the 10% fee, and re-claim VAT. Recommended suppliers with proven after sales include: CCL, Dnuk, Dabs, Insight, Netshop and Amazon.
