Fixed price quotes are based on a standard hourly rate of £57.88 for the Surrey area. Call out includes the first hour on site. From experience the call out covers most jobs. Subsequent hours are same price. Parts are 10% over cost.
Service contract members benefit from additional work based on a rate of £46.31 an hour, and no call out fee.
T&M rate is £36.47/hour for longer term work.
